Me encantó este audiolibro de Taylor Blake. Fue fácil de escuchar, claro y atractivo, lo que hizo que fuera sencillo de seguir. Me hizo pensar en mis actos
Nunca pensé que yo fuera una persona tóxica hasta que empecé a ver algunos de mis propios patrones reflejados aquí. Me dolió un poco al principio pero también me hizo sentir esperanzas de poder cambiar. Leí varias partes mientras esperaba el autobús y terminé tomando notas en el celular. Me gustó que no se tratara de culpar sino de crecer. Es claro y va al punto sin hacerlo pesado. Si quieres mejorar tus relaciones y empezar por ti, vale la pena leerlo.
