I decided to try this and other Hypnosis Audible books and this one by far is my favorite. It’s my number one go to at night. I pop in one earbud, hit play, and I’m out before the first chapter is even half way through. And I wake up refreshed almost every morning and ready to hit the day! I have no idea what goes through my brain while I’m listening to this, but it seems to be working well in the weight loss as well, because yesterday I was able to put on a pair of pants, zip and button, that I’ve never been able to get up past my thighs! This book is the only thing I’ve changed in my routine!
