The successful businesses have the voting power of their customers behind them. These companies know what their customers want and follow a system to achieve their objectives. Sadly, not many companies understand this.

The highly coveted companies follow the process of design thinking. This enables them to work in collaboration with their customers in developing products or their employees if they seek to improve internal corporate processes. Also inherent in the process is the idea of design iteration where processes and systems are open to continuous improvement.

Design Thinking was made to guide you through this innovative philosophy so you can apply it within your work for a great outcome, even if you are new to this concept.

Here's a preview of this helpful book and what else you'll discover:

  • What design thinking is, how it works, and how it can benefit you
  • How to conduct research, the different approaches, and always asking "Why"
  • What you need to know about business strategy and customer experience design and how to implement them
  • Why designing for change is the most critical aspect in the process
  • And much more!

Design thinking is not a new idea. Companies like Apple and Amazon constantly apply the design thinking philosophy from developing new products to design services to serve their customers better. It is a time-tested strategy, and now you can apply it in your business to achieve spectacular outcomes.

This indispensable book will help you in understanding and making use of it.

narrator robot reads all typos

There are too many weird grammatical errors and words in some of the chapters, which the narrator reads robotically as if they made sense. The value of the content overall is low.

Written by AI or maybe translated from another language?

This book is written in some hybrid version of English - perhaps by an AI? It feels like the text was translated to a foreign language and then back into English. Unfortunately, the content is great but is buried in gibberish and weird jargon. I’m an engineer so I may not get that this is how business people actually speak. Tip: listen to it at a 1.5x speed to get through it quicker; you won’t miss much.

English Version is awful

This is a terrible audiobook, don't waste your time. It is not going to tell you information that isn't already blatantly obvious in the real world. The English translation is indecipherable and the script must have been converted using AI or some other faulty methodology. The grammar is painful to listen to. The reading is bland and robotic as well (maybe also AI?). Worst audiobook of its category on Audible. Wish I could get a refund.

extremely poor quality. do not pay for this

not sure how this book was made, but it seems like the transcript was created automatically, and resulted in multiple typos in each sentence. not silly errors, but completely wrong words that are impossible to connect to the original wording. seriously amazed that Amazon/audible permit this low quality content on the site.

Not Authentic

This book cannot be an authentic version. The English is choppy and words used are inconsistent with the complex theories presented. I am getting a refund.

Completely Incomprehensible

This book started off alright, but they'd occasionally say a word or phrase that didn't make any sense. Slowly, however, it descends into absolute madness. I started asking myself, "Is this guy having a stroke? Am *I* having a stroke? Did an AI write this book? What is going on?!"
To be honest, this whole book reminded me of the pre-ChatGPT era when my Chinese college students would write their papers in Mandarin, use Google Translate to translate them into English, and then submit the translation. This results in words that don't make any sense, sentence structure that doesn't work in English, tenses that don't align, etc.
Absolutely DO NOT get this audiobook.
