a great book about design and business

This book is actually very insightful about design and its application, and implication in business. I learnt how design affects business in many different ways, how to use the design to our advantages, no matter you want to grow sales, cultivate customer loyalty, or to establish a brand image of sort.I also learnt that, business people and designers often think differently on many things. although they are after the same big goal, but the way they approach that, and create strategies and roadmap for achieving that, could be largely different. so it's very important to find a way to work together.

So many key insights

I had no idea that using design to help with business was a thing. The author does a really good job of going using design to help address market needs and aligning everything with your company’s standards.
