Twenty years ago, Todd founded BRACHER, an award-winning industrial design and advisory firm. Since then, he has led the design and innovative products and game-changing experiences for some of the world’s most iconic brands, received over two dozen patents, and brought over 200 products to market. He has twice been honored as International Designer of the Year and recognized by Wallpaper* Magazine as a Top Global Design Influencer. Todd’s achievements include a significant 10-year retrospective at Casa Da Brasileira in Brazil, showcasing his contributions to the design world. Known for his commitment to balancing human needs, manufacturing, and business objectives, Todd is a sought-after speaker. He regularly delivers keynote addresses and shares his expertise with the media at home and in the many other countries where his work is widely known, including France, Italy, England, Denmark, and Japan. An astute observer of emerging innovations, Todd also invests in ventures that share his commitment to making a positive change in the world. Startups that have benefited from his support include Timeshifter, MentalWorkout, and Mater. In addition, Todd serves as an advisor for Antler, a global early-stage venture capital firm. In 2022, Todd launched Betterlab—a collaborative effort to leverage the potential of science-based design. Residing in New York, Todd is also a proud father of two boys.
