  • How to create a space of safety and vulnerability for honest discourse.

A really useful guide

This book is a practical guide on how to deal with difficult conversations.
I read it twice and the second time took deep notes to be sure to refer to this book easily in my daily life.
It does not really talk about what to do if the difficult conversation starts from the other side, but I guess you can easily adapt the knowledge you gained to deal with it. I will definitely try to bring it into my life.

Good tactics!

Helpful tactics to keep in mind! Better than most books that just talk about conflict but don’t tell you how to deal with it.

Should be taught in hugh school

Good approach but mostly common sense guidelines. I know this could help households with teenagers.
