Highly recommend this book
The most difficult thing was to admit that I have S.A.D and try to find some help. Talking about my problem, especially with new people makes me so uncomfortable and causes a panic attack. This audiobook was exactly the right level of help I needed. The first time, I have listened to it as an informative guide, then went back several times to some chapters. It is really loaded up with useful and practical advice. Highly recommended!

Wonderful audible
I’m always worried about meeting new people at work on in my personal life. People just do not understand what it’s like to suffer from SAD – I have built up my confidence over time with this book and the small exercises the author gives. I can now look forward to parties and social events without sleepless nights!

Extremely helpful
SAD is a difficult condition to just overcome by yourself – I now understand and know that the track I’m on to a more confident life is the right path for me. It is great to see my changes I’ve made. Great audio book
SAD was making me sad! I got this book after I overcame the virus and knew I couldn’t carry on living like I was. I needed to break away from the anxious self I’d become and live a happily life. It’s been a struggle with myself but I was determined to finish listening to the book and make changes. It has been a difficult 6 months but each day gets better. The voice of the reader is soothing and reassuring.
