A dated story

Ayn draws on her upbringing to present her
distain for the Vietnam war, and the failure through weakness
of the McCarthy and Kennedy platforms

Ouch.

I really enjoyed The Fountainhead and, upon finishing it, I thought, "What better way to hear more about Ayn Rand's philosophy than from Ayn Rand herself?"

Wrong. While this was mercifully short, as with many authors, I am reminded here why they are paid for their stories and professional narrators are paid to read them to us: step outside the bounds of carefully crafted narrative and professional narrator, and often this is the result.

Caveat audiens.
