About this listen

THE SCHOOL FOR GOOD AND EVIL is the #1 movie now streaming on Netflix—starring Academy Award winner Charlize Theron, Kerry Washington, Laurence Fishburne, Michelle Yeoh, Sofia Wylie, Sophie Anne Caruso, Jamie Flatters, Earl Cave, Kit Young, and many others!

What rises . . . must fall.

Two brothers

One Good.

One Evil.

In exchange for power and immortality,

they watch over the Endless Woods

and rule the School for Good and Evil.

Yet all School Masters must face a test.

Theirs is loyalty.

But what happens when loyalty is corrupted? When the bonds of blood are broken?

Who will survive? Who will die? And what will become of the school and its students?

The journey that started a hundred years ago throttles towards its end. This final chapter in the duology that began with the RISE OF THE SCHOOL FOR GOOD AND EVIL brings the tale of the twin School Masters to the brink of war and a shocking conclusion that will change the course of the school forever.

The emotions of the characters

Nothing because it’s all amazing and it will stand in the way of my future like it was flexing. I need to use by the stores in mini puzzle set timer height it melted butter on bread.

Great twists and turns!

Love how childhood fairytale characters like Peter Pan ended up with different deep background stories to whom they are and how they play a role in the school’s future.

Very interesting

Everything was amazing, the narrators voice did the voices, and there were many plot twists and at the end they connected it to the other series

Good book but contradictory ending

This book was great like the other books in this serious however I don’t understand why the ending of this book contradicts the beginning of the school for good and evil?

Good prequel; ties everything together.

Overall good story, but I wasn't in awe of it like I was the original four books for the school of good and evil. This does help understand those four books a little better, but I wish I had listened to them all again before listening to this because it was confusing at times to remember what exactly happened before. I almost wish I had more stories to follow about other students, as the School Master ending was already known. A novella with some additional side stories would be great to keep this series alive.

Loved the whole story but…

So I have to start off by saying this whole series is AMAZING. My favorite books 100%. I didn’t exactly like the end, though. It definitely puts the whole story together, and it’s a very clever ending, but it’s not the absolute best:)

Rhian=👿🤮🐷

I really enjoyed this story but I am also shocked that Rhian just killed his own twin like that and that the sotorian chose him. Also, doesn’t this mean that the schoolmaster Sophie(school for good and evil series)
falls in love with is Rhian and not Raffael?BTW Rhian is just evil and deserves to be fed to the most horrible creature you can think of👿

PS-Isooooo ship Kima and Hook ;)

Unexpectedly Surprising

Kit Young is the perfect narrator for this book, and gave an excellent performance.

This prequel did a great job of surprising me, even though I have read the entire series leading to this point. I didn’t anticipate such a well-thought-out, shock ending to a story I thought I knew the ending to.

Soman Chainani created the perfect sympathetic villain.

the narrator

Mr Young is an amazing narrator. I hope he's going to narrate more books in the future. I was interested enough in the story to listen to it all, but it was a lot more convoluted than the previous book, and some narrative choices didn't make much sense to me...
