I really enjoyed listening to this book. Finally, a story about the quiet woman, Miss Ivy. We finally learn why Ivy's father traded her off quickly and her deeply held secret. I wasn't surprised who her mate turned out to be....there was enough foreshadowing in books 2 & 3 to aid the reader in a strong hypothetical guess.

Would you listen to Four Days again? Why?

Yes, yes and yes. The narration is fantastic throughout the Seven Series. Nicole Poole creates nuances for each character. I never had to try and figure out who was talking. Also I love the Weston Pack and can't wait to see the other characters unfold in future books.

What did you like best about this story?

I love the voices for Ivy and Lorenzo. In the first book I did not like Lorenzo at all, but throughout each book more of his true character is revealed and I began warming to him. I could tell that Ivy's style and way of speaking would bring him to his knees and it was great to watch it unfold and see both characters realize there was more to each other than the surface.

Which scene was your favorite?

When Lorenzo visits Ivy's crappy father and Lorenzo's observations while he is there comparing one pack master to another in his mind. I hated Ivy's "father" and wanted to hire a hit man. Then Lorenzo goes back home thinking he's all that and a bag of chips and knows all only to find out that he is way off base.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Towards the end of the book when they both go to Incognito, Alaska for Ivy to have closure. Don't want to give anything away, but I actually cried which I don't do easily.
Also, when Ivy protects Lorenzo's pack by her stellar spear-throwing ability.

Any additional comments?

I read/listened to Danaka Dark's Mageri Series first not realizing it was written first not realizing there was a brilliant crossover to the Seven Series. That was a stroke of genius and a pleasant surprise of how the stories were woven together!

Best one in this series by far! I loved all the characters & the narration was soothing, honest & portrayed all the characters beautifully! I enjoyed it so much... I'm kinda sorry it's over. I highly recommend this book... & look forward to the nexr!

I’m so glad there is a story of ivy and Lorenzo. Who would have known what ivy went through but I’m glad the bad guy gets what he deserves. Definitely a must read or listen.
