Delighted with my purchase, was shocked at how cheap it was considering how much (and how good) content there is. Both books were excellent although I prefer the Gain Confidence & Self Esteem. Helped me so much.
Had the Confidence book on kindle and the Anxiety book in print but decided to buy both books as an audible package as was shocked by how cheap it was. SO happy I did. I loved the books before but have to admit they work 10 times better in audio format. Recommended for anyone with self-esteem, anxiety, worry, shyness etc issues.
