Publisher's summary

War is imminent. After a successful rescue of his comrades and a narrow escape ahead of the Darkkon invasion of Vallus, Art and the team must head to the planet Fengar, in the heart of the Galactic Conglomerate, to bring news of the attack.

Midway through their journey, Art’s team is intercepted by a Special Operations Darkkon ship and thrown into a vicious battle. Boarding the enemy ship, they come across a rare, ancient piece of Yau technology believed to have been infinitely lost - but it’s not the only Yau technology at the enemy’s disposal.

As the Darkkon Empire ramps up their attacks, the technology must be replicated and put into mass production to give the Galactic Conglomerate a fighting chance against the empire before it’s too late.

that cliffhanger

The way the story is progressing is quite intriguing, can't wait for book 4. Things are starting to get real interesting, not only for populated space, but also Earth

great story

I love this story it's amazing I really have an affinity for Paul Heitsch, this story has some similarity to Omega Force another excellent Story by the same narrator of course a different author..
but I really love this genre of taken away from Earth to go fight some other civilizations Wars or what not..
thank you for such an excellent story I shall continue on to book 3 now..
I hear it ends on a cliffhanger hopefully there's another one to come after that if not I will certainly look for Alex Guerra's other works.

Interesting until...

You lost me at seeing memories in real time on a screen from another’s mind.

Book 2 feels like filler.

Book 1 was entertaining and a fun listen. So I really looked forward to the next episode. Sadly this one felt like total filler. Some of the problems the Capitol had is sooo hard to believe. Alien races so advanced and yet no security? Still using bullets when they have worm hole technology? Felt a little lazily pushed out. But I'm still going to listened to the next episode.

Disappointing

Book 1 was pretty good and I read it because it was FREE. But this book 2 is boring for the most part and it's hard to care for the characters, so you can't get into the story. Also the author writes in such a vague way that sometimes it's impossible to see in your mind's eye what is really happening, he does not paint a very good picture of the environment and what is happening, so I will not be buying book 3.
