This is the second book of this author Daniel Walters really good book 

I read Daniel‘s first book the power of discipline, and that was an amazing was pretty good as well

Loved this book

Great, actionable suggestions for self improvement and living a fuller, healthier life without the repetitive drivel of several other books of its kind. Author/ Narrator voice was pleasing as well.

Great read !!

Totally recommend! Great read! Lots of helpful tips on breaking habits and starting new ones. Overall, I feel accomplished just reading it. Good book to start a new you!

Best Motivational Book

I like how the book did not make me feel like a failure, and how it was very direct and relatable to my situation. The suggestions and techniques that Daniel speaks about are not just simple, but are doable.
