The information is useful for those who are interested in herbal treatments and invaluable for those who have little or no access to allopathic medicines. I am particularly impacted by the extensive detail outlined in chapter 6 which describes over 100 amazing herbs and how to use them. It is heartening to know that I can cultivate these herbs and have them available when necessary. I actually have an aloe vera plant at home and only now do I truly understand the range of uses of the plant.
If you want to experience the wonders of nature I highly recommend this book.

Because I've only listened to the book (and loved it) means I'm now going to buy the physical book for my library. There are so many lists for so many things, it would be beneficial to have the physical book as a reference.
Over 100 herbs are described, a description of what they look like, their uses and warnings, their native land and other names for each herb. Are there pictures in the physical book?
Remedies and recipes are given in the last chapter with many i haven't heard of.
Rosemary Shaw is a very knowledgeable author and this is a great book.

I had no prior knowledge of utilising Ashwagandha root extract with milk and honey right before bed to promote sleep before listening to this book. As soon as I discover about Ashwagandha root extract, I will stop taking unsafe sleeping drugs that are harmful to my health.

I was a beginner in herbalism, but I know a lot after listening to this audiobook.
This was a wonderful book that helped me overcome my insomnia in completely natural ways.
I really enjoyed the herbal teas section of the book. Preparing each herbal tea and tasting it after brewing is a new experience in my life.
