Achieve emotional balance!
This is great for anyone looking to manage emotions and improve mental wellbeing and really simplifies DBT, including some mindfulness techniques, emotional regulation, and distress tolerance exercises. This is great for managing anything that life may throw at you like anxiety, mood swings, relationships challenges, adversities in life etc.. this book is seriously worth a listen!
I used to snap at people over the smallest things and then feel awful about it later. This book showed me how to slow down and think before reacting, which is huge for me. The exercises aren’t complicated, but they really helped me stay calm when everything felt like too much. I’ve already started handling stress better, and it’s made a big difference in how I deal with people around me.
