Publisher's summary

Are you unhappy with your body, your life, or mental outlook? So was I. But then I began a journey of exploration that would not only change my life for the better but also showed me that I have a connection with this planet that can only be understood by first understanding the environment of my body.

Sound New Age-y? Perhaps, but until you know your body, you won’t know the impact you have on the world around you. We are interconnected with each other and our world, and when we harm ourselves, we harm this planet as well. In Inner Alchemy, I reveal the first step toward undoing the damage and healing both yourself and the planet. I reveal the practical magic of the body and how it can change your relationship with the universe.

In this book, you will learn how to:

  • Find and work with neurotransmitters as spirit guides
  • Balance your internal energy with external energy
  • Use your body fluids in magic rituals
  • Work magic using your DNA
  • Consciously change your attitude and outlook on life
  • And much, much more

Your body is a miraculous universe waiting to be explored, and Inner Alchemy opens the path to your microcosmic journey. You will learn the practical magic of the body and how it can help you change your life.

Inner Alchemy is about the starting point of conscious evolution - the microcosm. We, and all living beings, can be thought of as the building blocks of the Universal Organism. And, as with the cells in our bodies, we as cells can be healthy or cancerous, affecting the rest of the body in turn. Change begins on the cellular level every time. Taylor has realized this and provided the reader with the tools necessary to begin this change in our own cells, that we may become better cells ourselves.” (Lupa, author of Fang and Fur, Blood and Bone: A Primal Guide to Animal Magic)

so. so. bad.

Like trying to interview a Freshman College Student at Burning Man, but worse. With Gems of wisdom like "Cum [yes, "cum," not "semen"]... can be used for magic," "Health is not just physical, but emotional, mental, (etc) as well" and "people need to eat better," plus the narrator slurring and sounding like he's already high and discussing his favorite surfing spot, this book honestly demeans the works of intelligent professors and authors who've actually put years of education and practice into creating valid arguments and proofs supporting concepts of the mental and emotional impacts of physical manifestation and reality. If you want to read something of intelligence and substance, look into Bruce Lipton, Gregg Braden, or Scott Cunningham. If you want this quality of content, hang out at Burning Man or join a "Coven" of rebeling teenagers.
