Publisher's summary

Really well narrated by Edouard Berr

Would you consider the audio edition of Le joueur d'échecs to be better than the print version?

The narrator puts so much emotion when reading the book, you literally seem to be inside the book. He makes the book really easy to understand, which is always a really important factor. A really good performance by Edouard Berr.

What did you like best about this story?

The book itself is really interesting, it is short and simple. There are many hidden meanings in the plot that make the story really interesting. I must say that the plot is really interesting, maybe you will even start liking chess after reading this.

Which character – as performed by Edouard Berr – was your favorite?

M. B is a really special character. It is not that easy to portrait a character with those kind of traits. Edouard Berr did a really good job by doing so.
