Publisher's summary

The Ember War comes to its epic conclusion!

The Ibarra Nation launches a final assault to liberate Earth, but the Geist have laid a trap for Ely Hale and the Crusade. The Geist are on the cusp of releasing their dark god Malal onto the galaxy, ensuring doom for every soldier, Armor and sailor fighting for their very souls.

Ely Hale is the fulcrum on which the battle will turn. He is one soldier against a dark tide, but he is not alone, for the Saint lives.

Almost my favorite series of all time.

Sad day… because this marks the end of a series very near and dear to me. Very memorable characters, fun writing. Characters were well developed. Great Sci fi and military writing. I recommend this series to anyone into action and Sci fi. It is as memorable as mass effect.

Great Series

This has been such a good series. I don’t know if it would have been as good to listen to without Luke Daniels narrating.

Best in series

Fox and Daniel's Brought the series to a whole new level. The interactions between the characters and the dialog Is powerful and emotional at times. Lady ibarra's character has shown so much more depth. 4 chapters in I knew this was the best so far and I'm already on my 2nd read. Don't let this one slip by! Cod Mittens!!!

Eli's journey

This is one of those books that puts a great cap on what came before, but is left open enough for more to be written. I hope that happens! You keep writing them and I will look forward to purchasing them. Thank you so much.

The end of a saga

The ember war series rapidly became my favorite Sci-fi series on audible.

I’ve listened to almost all military science fiction series made since 2002. Some is trash, most is Meh, but the ember war saga is objectively top shelf.

Legends rise is a completely satisfactory ending to the story, albeit with a third act that seemed a bit rushed.

Luke Daniel’s performance remains superb. His work on the series is tied with Bronson Pinchot’s read of Hard Magic as the best narration work in either the fantasy or sci-fi categories.

I look forward to Richard Fox’s next project and pray it’s sci-fi.

Richard and Luke, Thanks for giving us one hell of ride
