Suspense with a great Christian Theme

This one kept me on the edge and wanting to continue to listen. It has a great Christian theme with messages of redemption, hope and healing and real examples of how sin leads to sin. Fantastic book!

Life Support

I was pleasantly surprised that I enjoyed the storyline in this book. My expectations aren't that high for Christian novels, so I found this to be refreshing. There was some intrigue. The big downside was that it just ended...it felt like the story wasn't complete.

Story good, need a new narrator

The story is intriguing but the narrator has no idea how to use pauses. he runs one sentence into the next without a breath or heartbeat, even when the speaker is changing. you can't tell who is saying what. it is extremely unnatural and disconcerting. i will try to avoid buying anything Lamont reads b/c it is so annoying.

Real "Page" Turner

I really enjoyed the story. I can hardly wait to start the next book in the series!!! .
I wasn't thrilled about the person who read the story. most of the time I felt he was very flat and even boring at times. I almost returned the book and I would have if I didn't love all the other books I have listened to by the author. after a while I got use to the preformer's voice.
I'm glad I didn't return the book because I really did enjoy the story. Enough about this book , I'm ready to start listening to the next book in this series!!! I'll let you know what I think of book 2!!!

Good, many faceted plot line

For listening while on a long drive, this was very good and mostly held our listening attention. The only downer was the excessive number of times Reyna (Sp?) repeated the sentiment that 'I'm sure he'd want to die" or such like. Having listened to both parts, I'd like a Part 3 that deals with the aftermath of the climactic events. Robert is such a good writer and having read the book there is too much left out, which is sadly true of his other audio books. Quite why there's a time limit placed on an audio book I really don't know - it's not like there's a constraint on file sizes these days. Would that Audible would reconsider their abridging policy and just read the entirety of Robert's excellent books so we can enjoy them to the full. Recommend getting the book so you can fill in the obvious gaps.

Would you listen to Life Support again? Why?

I think I will follow the series it has strong characters and keeps your interest

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I travel on the road a lot so I get to listen to good portions at a time

Any additional comments?

The narration was good took a little to get into but now I enjoy it
