Publisher's summary

Seventeen-year-old Violet has always been expected to sit back and let the boys do all the saving.

It's the code her father, a member of the Reign of Terror motorcycle club, raised her to live by. Yet when her dad is killed carrying out Terror business, Violet knows it's up to her to do the saving. To protect herself, and her vulnerable younger brother, she needs to cut all ties with the club - including Chevy, the boy she's known and loved her whole life.

But when a rival club comes after Violet, exposing old secrets and making new threats, she's forced to question what she thought she knew about her father, the Reign of Terror, and what she thinks she wants. Which means reevaluating everything: love, family, friends, and forgiveness.

Caught in the crosshairs between loyalty and freedom, Violet must decide whether old friends can be trusted - and if she's strong enough to be the one person to save them all.

Made me love Thunder Road more!

I read Oz’ story first and loved it, but this one solved a lot of the issues I had with the misogyny in the club.

Most of the time, I’m turned off by the idea of a series like this (different characters in each book). It seems to me like authors will often have one great idea for a great book….then try too hard to make more stories to keep it going, but the heart is missing. Depth of characters and complexity of the story differs in subsequent books. That’s NOT the case with this series. It gets better, people. Keep listening!

I love this series

I just by chance came across the first book of the series and was hooked. Through out this whole backstory in every book I always came back to loving Violet character. So once I found out this book was coming out I continuously would come back to see if it was out. I was so excited and bought the audio book immediately. I am so happy she finally got her story told. Story 5 stars voice 5 stars both narrators did a wonderful job.

I love this series!

There has to be a book 4! It can't just end there, right? I need more Thunder Road novels.

Cheviole FTW

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Of course!! It's an amazing audiobook!! I read the book before I listened to the audio version and it made me love it even more!!

What was one of the most memorable moments of Long Way Home?

Oh. My. God. There were so many. I loved how Chevi and Violet reconnected, how they accepted that they are strong apart but stronger together. But if I want to be specific, I would go for the whole team working together at the end! It was amazing!

Which scene was your favorite?

When Violet and Chevi kissed at the police station. That was romantic and hot.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

I didn't cry as much as I cried in the prevous books but I have to say that reading the real reasons of why Violet was acting like that and how she fought for gain the place she deserves made me LOVE her like crazy! #TeamViolet #VioletisQueen

Any additional comments?

This book, this series, everything is perfection! I need more, I want more of these characters. I wish there was more books for the series, but who knows....
