10% science, 90% generic advice

0% mind blowing. The science presented in the book is what most people would consider common sense, things you learn within the first couple of people you date. The advice isn't bad, it's just not too illuminating because it again is the sort of common sense stuff you would think to try, or the very first answers on Google if you tried to query your relationship problems.
