I am 19 that’s driven by material things and are in circles of bad relationships. After this book I slowly start implementing in my life and I am 1 month in and my life is getting better. I am currently in college for nursing. I love to be a nurse and that’s what I’m passionate about. But I also have a lot of other passions and this book help me find those. I also am currently fixing my diet, I have been hitting the gym for 3-4 years now but only started focusing on diet after this book. Thank you for this knowledge, I’ll give an update in a year

I've gone through this book three times now and I've watched their documentary more than once. They have truly inspired me to change my view of the world and what I do day to day including my job and how I treat the people that matter to me. Do yourself a favor and listen to this book. it will change your life.

Should be titled: 5 values to live a meaningful life. I got this book thinking it would be about the philosophy and practical implementation of living with fewer things, what to get rid of, what to keep etc, there was none of this, instead it read like a life coaching book.
