Therapy is great and can improve your life tremendously. It can also be time-consuming and expensive, and often what you learn in one hour a week is easily forgotten between sessions. You will also experience a greater awareness of your Connection with the universal life force as you shift from being stuck in the past or worrying about the future to feeling grounded in the present.

A Road to Connection

An interesting approach to the concept of connection and disconnection with regard to one’s approach to day-to-day functioning. The idea is simple yet ingenious. I look forward to implementing this into my daily life.
