Publisher's summary

If you want delicious homegrown vegetables without needing to spend hours tending to your garden each week, keep reading…

Do you dream of going to your own garden to hand-pick fresh vegetables for the dinner table? Do farmer's markets leave you wishing you had the green thumb that the vendors all seem to possess?

If so, you're not alone. Many people dream of harvesting their own produce but are held back because they mistakenly believe that gardening is difficult or inaccessible or requires innate skill.

The truth is, anybody can find success with gardening--you just need the right guidance and tools at your disposal!

Another common barrier to gardening is the amount of effort that preparing, maintaining, and harvesting your garden requires. While there's no completely effort-free gardening method, no-till gardening is significantly easier than conventional methods.

By learning to work with the conditions that already exist in your gardening location, along with the science of soil composition, you'll be able to create a fruitful garden that will produce vegetables all year round.

Drawing on years of professional experience and a multitude of successful harvests, Eugene Zellwood has compiled everything you need to know to start, maintain, and reap the rewards of a home vegetable garden.

You'll be amazed at the difference the information in this audiobook will make in how you approach gardening and think about the environment in which you're growing.

Whatever your experience level, now you're ready to try a new strategy--one that is tried and true.

No-till gardening is the answer. Don't spend another second delaying--you can begin sowing the seeds of success today!

I don't have a green thumb - this book helps

This book really goes into detail about how to make gardening work in the long term - specifically, there's a lot of information about how to keep the soil healthy and productive over lots of years. This really provided clear, easy instructions for how to plant and tend to a garden - I 'll need to wait until spring to apply my learnings, but looking forward to it!

A guide to professional gardening.

My dream is to make a small but beautiful, worthwhile garden that consists of fresh vegetables and fruits that I can also pick for my family dinner.

This audiobook guided me a lot. It basically contains small, basic gardening tips that every gardener should know at least. The most impressive thing about this book is that, from selection of soil to successful harvesting, all tips are mentioned with connectivity.

The narrator plays a major role in easing these tips for listners.

It explains how to calculate how many of those plants you will need per person in your family as well as the typical amount of vegetables that plants generate annually. This book is essential!
