This audio book is very informative as it is a great help for all the people out there who are stuck in a difficult relationship and want to overcome narcissistic abuse. My most favorite chapter in this book is finding the perfect aid as the author's energy in opening up on an emotional topic. Author's main goal is to help people come out of an abusive relationship by highlighting ways to identify the root of problem and strategies to prioritize your mental health. Very informative read!

Am privy to a victim of Narcissistic Abuse. Having lived with one for more than two decades, listening to this audio was therapeutic. It was like replaying my life experience. It brought back life memories and experiences I thought I could keep wrapped up and concealed in the deep recess of my subconscious.

This was a fantastic book to listen to with my best friend in mind, who has found herself in a toxic relationship, unable to break free and see the patterns of narcissism in her partner. This was a great guide to give me the language and tools to share with her what I see happening sensitively and kindly. It is true people can feel like they are the only person in the world facing this kind of abuse and this is a gentle and practical reminder that it isn't the case and how to break free.

This book reveals the truth about narcissistic personality disorder (NPD) in an easy-to-understand format. This book highlighted why our community is having a problem with an individual who always has an excuse and is always right. After reading this book, it is evident that the symptoms are apparent. My neighbor displays a mental health condition in which people have an unreasonably high sense of importance. They need and seek too much attention and want people to admire them. People with this disorder may lack the ability to understand or care about the feelings of others. Unfortunately, the book shares that there is no cure by medication. After reading this book, I have decided to stay clear of this person to be safe and to free myself from those individuals. I am finally FREE! I will buy extra copies and place them in the community library as a Good Read!

I found this book fascinating and learned so much from it. It’s a great guide to get over a hard relationship that often leads to trust issues and to deeper problems. The author brought up the topic with clear definitions and informed the listeners about what it’s like to deal with a narcissistic. What I like about this book, was the fact that it was realistic, and relatable but also positive. It gave great advice to heal from the past. I think this book should be read by, and for this reason, I highly recommend it and believe that this book could help a lot of people.

When you are in a narcissistic relationship, you usually don't know it. Reading this book (OK listening) really opened my eyes to what narcissism really is, loved the quote that narcissism is "voluntary blindness" I am still plumbing the depths of this truth. Really liked the chapter on First Aide... tremendous tools to be free. Loved the focus and attaining peace, It made me hope that peace may really be possible. Thank you Dr. Natpikia for this guidance, I will listen to it again (and probably again and again). So much wisdom!
