Not a guide but general introduction to teens depression and anxiety

In my opinion, this book is not for teens with depression, but for pre-teens’s parents, whose kids may suffer with depression to better recognize the first signs of depression. For parents whose kids are already suffering with depression for a long time this book in not very helpful. But gives hope though.

Helps put things into perspective

I love the ideas and suggestions made throughout the book. I also made sense of some of the things I did as a teen and thinking of why I did them. Helped me understand my child’s actions a little more
