“Good format”

I was able to learn the basics and now I have a clear understanding of what I need to do to get started in Real Estate. If you want to be hands on and be an agent he explains that very well but more importantly if you want to invest money whether it’s by yourself or with partners there are details for that. Easy to listen to as well.

Highly recommend this audiobook to everyone

I really like it. Gives the basic game plan and also advanced strategies involving partners. I listen on my commute to and from work.
