Publisher's summary

How long can people really live? We are all taught by family, friends, and our family doctors that we should live into our 70s and 80s, then die in the normal course of events.

The truth is that our media doesn’t report the truth.

The truth is that there are legitimate records of persons up to hundreds of years old. One only has to do the research.

In this audiobook, I present extensive records of nine individuals who lived from 130 to over 300 years in addition to many other records, too.

Hope all this information provides you some food for thought.

Awesome

I have been researching many sources and wish that I had this a year ago. There will always be outliers so experimentation of n=1 will always be a critical element. Great job Martin!

Oh My God!

Really good read. I do recommend listening to this because it will help you understand the book a little better. This guy knows what he is talking about. Don’t let his age fool you.

Very Well Written

There are heaps of studies and references and he covers things that are important to me like Insulin Resistance, working out and the Keto adaptation with all the fun geeky sciencey stuff. I like the fact it’s a stealthy several hundred pages with a detailed Reference section. Much of what Siim talks about in his videos he features in the book.

Good Work

Martin K. Ettington's Longevity Revolution is truly a masterful piece of work. No individual has done more, here in the US - or throughout the world - to raise awareness of the challenges and opportunities, the fears and hopes of our longer lives.
