Sorry - waste of my time
No offense to the author, and the narrator did a great job. But this was a complete waste of time and not helpful at all. I’ve been suffering with Dermatographia for 3-4 years now. And I’ve been on Zyrtec everyday which I feel has been causing weight gain or issues losing weight. I would love to stop using Zyrtec and was looking for a more natural resolution. I was recommended this book by someone on social media after posting pictures of my Dermatographia. I had high hopes. But this book didn’t help at all. The author is just lucky that hers disappeared after a couple of years but some people aren’t as fortunate. Stress is not a cause for me. And stress happens in everyone’s life whether it’s a death of a family member or your job or any number of minor things. You cannot cure your Dermatographia by doing yoga, knowing how to resize your in a toxic relationship or loving yourself. Sheesh. There is no real cause and no cure. The end.
Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes.
