Timely gentle reminders
This is a beautiful book, a guiding light filled that came into my life at exactly the right moment. The peaceful voice of the narrator had me hooked from the beginning and I discovered an abundance of timely reminders. Self-compassion can be so powerful yet so difficult to work towards at times.
