Great self help book

Guiding you from one self-exploration to the next, this book is chock full of ways to examine yourself and your life in a new light. The sheer number of ideas and interventions conveyed is stunningly impressive. I love going through it myself, and I see myself recommending it to many, many clients in the future. A one-of-a-kind in this genre of self-help books!

This workbook is an excellent resource !!

This workbook is an excellent resource that can be used by anyone who wants to increase their self-confidence. It is explained in such a clear and concise manner and is so easy to use. This book provides great real-world examples, tools, and exercises to allow you to practice and build skills to improve your self-esteem. The strategies you learn in this book help you to identify obstacles, set and achieve goals and improve your thinking in order to help you become a more confident version of yourself. As a psychologist, I plan to recommend this book to others and will likely also use these excellent strategies to improve myself.

Some tips really resonated with me

This is not a standalone book, but if you're already familiar with the concept of self-love and need a good boost of inspiration to start (again) taking better care of yourself I can highly recommend to listen to the ideas in this audiobook and pick the ones that resonate with you. Some of the tips are basic, others I hadn't come across before, but all of them have a low threshold to actually put them in practice (as opposed to some self-help books I've read where the gap between where you are and the author wants you to be is just to big).

Nice book.

I was impressed with this book. I enjoyed how the author wrote this book. He made it easy to read. I appreciated how he wrote the examples of how to achieve the results you needed to get rid of negative thinking. There are numerous tips which I will be trying soon. He made the process seem approachable and left me feeling I could succeed! I am glad that I was able to read this book.

Self Esteem .

This is book is easy to listen to and provides great information from an author who knows what he's talking about. He has insight that can help anyone - from those needing a lot of guidance to someone who has self-assurance but just needs a little reminder. He has been there and shares his helpful wisdom with compassion.

Self-worth .

This book speaks to any woman that has an inner struggle about her self-worth and body. Shannon takes us on her journey of deep pain from her battle with food and not loving herself to ultimately releasing her self- condemnation of not being good

I thought about getting this in the audible format so I can work on it anywhere. First of all, this book is GORGEOUS. It's sleek and appealing, from the layout to the worksheets and the diagrams - it's seriously aesthetic perfection.

It is an easy listen that will not take too long!

This will be one of those books that I plan on listening again every once in a while because it is just so inspiring, motivating and left me feeling so incredibly energized. If you are feeling like you're in a mental rut or just need some spark, give this book a listen. The author is one of those positivity influencers who gives such genuine and wholesome advice. It is an easy listen that will not take too long but will leave you feeling a sense of fulfillment. I cannot wait for when publish more books!

Recommend this workbook

What I really like about this book is that it's not your average "self-help" book, rather, it's more like a series of guided journaling sessions. I think it's a worthwhile thing for anyone at any point in their life to take some time for self-reflection and assessment, which is exactly what this workbook walks the reader through. I appreciated the examples and prompts that were relatable and easy to start responding to. I'd recommend this workbook as something to take on a retreat or weekend away and use to recenter yourself.
