Incredibly helpful
Highly recommend for anyone who is stuck in old patterns - especially around upper limiting beliefs.
The author has a simple way to unpack and release them. I just finished the book and only have begun to unpack and I am already feeling a positive shift.

Measurable and Useful Tools!

This book is absolutely life changing!!
I have found myself getting in my own way multiple times throughout my life, and this is just the book to stop that cycle. The ALARM method has helped me countless times to stop my negative thoughts & procrastination in it’s tracks and shift me onto the right track to start having better, more successful , & more productive days! I felt like Jennie was speaking directly to me, as she wrote this, since it was exactly what I needed to hear, along with providing me with the tools that I can use forever!
