Is a great book
I love this cookbook. I have been cooking sous vide for about a year now. There are many books with fancy recipes but this one is best for the great instructions and the fairly simple every day recipes They are always perfect. Now I can make them too! This book has a great section on cooking with eggs and dairy. I particularly like making deviled eggs from this cookbook. It's a cool recipe.

He told me everything he made so far (about 20% of the book) was good or great. Enjoy cooking
This really is the best book I have found that has all the basics on the side for cooking and if you want to use the finishing touches it's there. 1st time I ever cook Ribs and they came out Fantastic. Good guide, with useful tips, for those just learning this technique.
