The book is entirely too short for the money

I listened to the book in about 15 minutes. While the content was ok, I expected it to be a little longer.

Meh

Not enough meat, wish there was more to this story, as I paid a credit for it and it's a very small book!!

nothing burger

Had a few decent tidbits, but I would not describe this as a book; it is more of a pamphlet or magazine article and not worth the money. I also don't agree with some of the parenting techniques like bribing your children to behave with candy bars. Unfortunately, i would not recommend this "book".

Waste of time

There were some good points that I found obvious but I also felt talked down to. This is not for the real stepmom or realistic blended family. What if the biological mother refuses to meet the stepmom or build a relationship? How can a new wife establish her marriage with children she has been building a relationship with for years? I do not think anyone should be introducing their live-in children, for the first time, after they get married either! This was a joke.
