Thoughts for Starting a Journey

Good short read with a lot of wisdom. Can be heavy at times and makes you stop and ponder your own life. Really just scratches the surface of stoicism.

i needed this!

I have some serious character flaws that I didn't know I needed to address. This book is the answer!
I continue to listen to this audio while driving. I am taking notes on this and trying to implement this advice in my life. I completed some of these exercises that the book shares. There were very practical and simple to complete. I am beginning to see the difference in how I view things and process things in my life. I am now making healthier and smarter decisions to be more Stoic. I will keep using the skills taught in this book and see how I progress in the future.
