Publisher's summary

We’ve lived through the worst events in human history. The world is forever, irrevocably changed, and yet I know a secret you may not want to hear… things are only going to get worse.

The global government claims to have everything under control. The wars are dying down, and the death flu has burned itself out. But in North America, the tiny population of survivors are desperately struggling to survive each and every day. So priority one is to find shelter, and priority two is to get the word out. The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse have run wild over the world, but there are more judgements coming. And no one is safe.

These are the days of the seven years of tribulation. God is removing his protection from the world, and Satan is seizing complete control. A few of us are willing to resist. We risk our lives everyday. But that’s what it takes to stand up for the truth. We see past the political spin, and the excuses of the main stream media. These are the End Days prophesied about in the Bible. My name is Hank Downes. I’m just a regular guy living through the worst period of human history. This is my story.

Easy listening

The 3 books I have read so far are certainly in sharing the book of Revelations and the path it will take.

Great story, AI reading not great.

Reading has some miss pounced words and the emphasis and feeling is not great. That being said, it's a great story and wonderful fictional twist on the truth of what's to come.

Great Continuation-

Loved this interpretation of the biblical concept of the end times. It’s convicting yet encouraging. I hope there’s a 4th book.

Good to go.

Worth the continued listen. AI still undesirable, but good story. Hank continues to South America and spreading the word of God. Follows the group to the 3rd Trumpet and wormwood.

It's an adventuresome story of the final years before the return of Jesus.

I hope the author will consider hiring a human narrator for future books. The AI reader has little or no emotion or feelings. Other than that it's a good story.

Surviving Wormwood

It's the third book in the series. It goes into scifi mode. Well written and perspective of the MC, but realistically, it's not off in what could have happen due to the fact the information in the bible, what was discovered or seen in old paintings, books or artifacts. We really don't know what existed in the past unless they want us to know. I read it for the storyline, not for religious purposes. People get too hurt about religion & what is real or fake. But let's be real.... we don't know and if we do. People call those people crazy or evil. So read it with a grain of salt, and don't take it too seriously. This author knows how to write a series.. in the end if yiur religious. The point was to turn to God & to Jesus & truly believe in them. Because being religious, having faith and believing is different especially when those who got raptured from those that didn't. Being religious didn't save them all. But they still got the second chance to believe and have full faith

Virtual voice

I’ve listened to quite a few audiobooks, and I like how the human narrators can emphasize in their voice the moments of emotions bringing the story line to life. the virtual voice it’s more monotone, which is ruining the storyline and ruins the moments that should bring the listener into the moment closer.

AI is terrible

the story was great. but with the AI not pronouncing words or chain or words properly, influx and lack of character voice changes, this really fell flat because of it.
