Read it
This book really helped me see things differently. I am now 12 days sober. I don’t think much about the alcohol and I feel great. My mind is clearer my body feels good and I already lost 5 pounds. I followed the book and did everything it has said and it worked. Follow the book. I read each chapter the night before so I could wake up and know what I needed to do.

Good tools to help you from having that next drink.
This book helped me get through a 10 day detox. I like the self-help, mindful prompts and the written worksheets. I made it through 10 days and still going sober. I’m going to read the book again because as a drinker is easy to forget how powerful a fat bomb can be.

Really helpful book for alcohol detox
The author was pretty much straightforward with everything I have followed the book for 10 days and have helped me a lot and he explains everything in a perfect amount of time and will keep you interested and not get board of the book like it a lot and the author and the narrator did an amazing job thank you for the opportunity.
