Good

Short, but to the point. Not tremendously in depth. Odd references to what “might work” or “might happen” if you did something differently. You would think the author would have tested to see if “baking the crackers twice would making them more crispy”. Regardless, my husband and I will be trying the recipes. Glad I read it, though one credit for 45 mins seems steep to me.
