Bad narrator

Couldn't listen for more than 3 minutes. Narrator is awful. He gets high pitched at the end of every sentence.

Good

Overall a book that held my interest. I did not find it scary or really even that suspenseful, but it was good. Narrator did a great job.

Monotonous

would've enjoyed more if the narrator didn't sound like he was reading rom a text book. no inflection or emotion.

Good story, not a good reader

It’s really bothersome when the reader mispronounces words. Ekscape, disorientated, Annie of Green Gables. Not good. The story itself was pretty good though.

Couldn’t get over narration

Horrible . The worst narration Iv heard from audibles of elsewhere , with the exception of my Mac , the voice of “Alex” ( reading pdf ‘s to me. )

All I heard was da ...da da da da da da..da da da . His emphasis and inflection made him sound like a child learning to read .

Monotone narrator

This might have been more enjoyable if the narrator had a clue on reading with emotion. I’ve had more stimulated readings from my calculus instructor. He just plods through this book, page after page, paragraph after paragraph, word after word without a single inflection of tone. I couldn’t listen after awhile and had to accept the fact I had just thrown a perfectly good credit away. Sorry……

Just OK

The story was a little long, not a lot of action. I frequently found my mind wandering and had to rewind to see if I missed anything. The narrator isn't bad, but he mispronounced words (nuclear, escape, deus ex machina, etc.), which annoyed me.

Worst narrator…ruined the book

I don’t know how to rate the story because the narrator was SO bad, I could not finish. Almost sounded like a robot sometimes as multi-syllable words were mispronounced frequently. So bad.
