A Dangerous Find

Richard Harrison, an American intelligence officer, is livid. A simple favor for his boss has turned his vacation in the French Riviera into a hellish assignment. Now, not only does he learn the truth about the coin, but he must also protect Gabriela from a cunning killer who will stop at nothing to keep his secret safe.

Time Is Running Out

Together with Maurice Nôret, from French intelligence, Richard attempts to discover the madman’s identity, except his budding love for this beautiful artist is turning into a dangerous handicap. Every one of his moves is thwarted with brutal countermoves. Soon, the psychological games to terrorize Gabriela escalate beyond his control. If Richard doesn’t find a solution, it may be too late for them both.

Richard, an Intelligence officer who was on vacation, is now helping to keep Gabriela safe while trying to catch the man who is threatening her life. This story is fast paced and is a rollercoaster of twists and turns. You will find yourself listening and getting caught up in this Romantic Suspense. The author has clearly written this series to entertain her readers. Her characters are just everyday people whose lives are turned upside down. I could not put this book down.

Romance and Suspence make this story a winner.

A fast-paced tale of romantic suspense that will have you on the edge of your seat. I found the narration to be quite fascinating. His voice was perfect for adding the right tough of suspense. That plot, the author wrote one that flows until BAM, there's a twist and it continues through the story. I love stories like that. The characters were well developed and written into the story well. I found myself engaged into the story from the beginning. The only thing missing was my ear buds so I could listen to this all the time. Excellent story.

I wasn't sure how I felt about the book at the beginning as there were a lot of moving parts. At times, I had a hard time following the storyline. As the book progressed, characters made sense. The author did a great job at generating strong emotions for each character, whether it was love or disgust. The ending took me by surprise and it wrapped things up well.

The Coin Audiobook by Maria Elena Alonso-Sierra

The Coin (Audiobook) is a Romance Suspense that will have you on the edge of your seat as your listening. The narrator did a wonderful job of bringing the characters to life and keeping my attention throughout the story. This is a fast paced story that is set in the French Rivera and is about betrayal, love ,hatred that bring forth personal greatness (triumph). Gabriela's life is a bit complicated and she finds herself at her favorite spot while there she finds herself in unfamiliar area and discovers a coin. Then there’s Richard who is an American Intelligence officer who is not happy with his boss after he asked him to do a favor. Turns out that favor has him protecting Gabriela from a killer who will stop at nothing to keep his secret safe. I truly enjoyed listening to this story and highly recommend listening/reading to find out what happens next. Im definitely looking forward to seeing what other books this author has to offer.

One coin could lead to so many things if you know where to look. Gabriela happened upon one, a 1945 French coin to be exact, on a walking path. Due to this, it unlocked a new adventure that was going to be hard to handle for her. In comes Richard, our lovely American spy, who investigates this mission that ruined his vacation but gained him an interest. Their connection is amazing to hold in to. Great listen!

This is a crazy story! Many twists and turns, very cynical, but extremely entertaining to listen to. It kept me on edge the entire time. The narrator does a great job of building the suspense with his voice, along with the words he is reading. If you love suspense novels that keep you guessing from beginning to end, read this book! I am a bit of a scaredy cat, but the writing is amazing and the story will keep you coming back for more.

This is a great story and already looming forward to checking out more of this series!

Set in the beautiful French Rivera ..this fast paced story all about a “Coin”…that Gabriela finds on her own not realizing the implications of this find. Richard Harrison is set to see the coin and protect Gabriela… stakes are high for sure!

Secrets, agendas, thriller….. I enjoyed this listen and definitely cannot wait to discover more!

Oh my, what a wild ride. I enjoyed this so much. I was hooked the whole time, so much so that I was sneaking in time at work to finish listening. I needed to know what was happening. So much suspense to keep you gripped. This wasn’t my first story from this author, and it won’t be the last!!!!

See a penny pick it up, all day Long you'll have good luck or so it is said. This is so not the case for Gabriella.

Gabriella finds an old coin when she got lost on a hike. This coin changes her quiet peaceful life upside down in days.

Richard, an investigator is on vacation with a quick interview with Gabriella. He wasn't told all the information and finds himself now protecting her and trying to keep Gabriella alive. Through the trials of trying to keep her safe both find themselves drawn to each other. Will there they cross that line or will she keep to her wedding vows? This book was a wild ride. Terrorists, Israeli's and a crazy murderer is on there tail.

This book was a wild ride of tension, stress, and passion. This is the first book I have listened to from this author. Lots of side plots but stays true to the main story. Loved it.

What an amazing journey I took with these characters! Finding a seemingly worthless coin and having it mounted on a charm bracelet, the heroine’s life is forever changed. It turns out, the coin can help identify a villain. Said villain does not wish to be identified. The author provides a suspenseful mystery, with a tiny dollop of romance to tease the listeners. Betrayal, heart-wrenching choices, and above all- a wonderful tale from a truly masterful storyteller is what awaits you when you open your ears.
