Short and funny

I must say that after listening to this, I'm loving the idea of going to one of those Murder & Dinner things :P

The story is surprising, and the plot unexpected, so I won't say anything to not spoil it. But if you're looking for something fun and that you can listen in a simple go, this is for you :D

Really great for a short!

I think that short stories are the very hardest to write to make them not only interesting but complete, but this one manages to get it done! We get sidetracked by Daisy's dreadful premonitions and are tempted to not think too much about the mystery on stage, but no spoilers, just appreciation. Excellent also in length for a number of reasons.
The audio is admirably performed by Lili Dubuque.

Entertaining story

This story was pleasant enough. I'm not surprised that this is part of a series. Clearly a lot of thought has gone into the main characters. Unfortunately the narration was very stiff which made it difficult to get into. I look forward to hopefully hearing more from this author with a different reader.

This book was given to me for free at my request and I provided this voluntary review.

Murder or Dinner Theater?

A dinner date at a dinner theater show leaves Daisy with the feeling that there will be more action than just the performance.

This short story was entertaining. A well done story paired with a great narration... what more could you want?

Fun

This is a quick fun cozy mystery. The narration is done very well. Lili Dubuque is the narrator and I enjoyed her. This is a series "Daisy McDare Mystery". This is book 11 but I have not read any of these yet and I found this works as a stand alone book. If you are a cozy mystery fan and want a quick story this is the book you should read. I was gifted this audiobook and this is my honest review.

Light mystery

Too short, left me hanging.

Narrator did a good job.

Quick whodunnit!

If you are looking for a fun, quick listen, The Deadly Dinner Theater Affair is the perfect book. KM Morgan has written a little nugget that focuses around a Murder Mystery dinner, where the guests have to decide who committed the murder! Daisy McDare, there with her fiance is expecting more than just acting though. I loved the mystery of the entire story. KM Morgan had me guessing right along with Daisy to see if the murder really took place. It was true to form of a real performance dinner theater and made me reminisce of ones that I have been to. With Lili Dubuque's many voices and good pace, this was a fun listen.
