I adore Dr Will B.

I love Dr Will B on YouTube and these books were wonderful. I’m so inspired to take my gut health to the next level. Plus I know so many people with IBS. The world needs this book!!

Life Changing

This book saved my guts. After multiple rounds of antibiotics from the dentist my digestion was wrecked. The low histamine diet explained in here did wonders. I can't recommend it enough. If you are having gas and bloating problems this is a must read.

One of the best plant-based nutrition books

This book is so detailed and goes to the heart of the issue for whole food vegan eaters who have gas and bloating issues. You may even be constipated and think it is diarrhea. Dr B explains all and what to do about it. He even drops new info on histamine intolerance which is a game-changer for folks trying to eat healthy but having a difficult time with digestion. You get a whole plan of action for your specific issue with recipes to go with it.

Talks Down To the reader

Too many annoying attempts to try to be funny. Too many over-simplified analogies. He didn’t need to make this into a cutesy read. Peanut ingredient recipes to boot. Oh my.
