A selfish teenager. A reckless decision. A wounded heart. Kylie Brown should never have returned to the Amish.

Eva and Jacob Zook are shocked when foster child Kylie returns to the Amish community. But she is clearly in trouble, and in need of help, so the Zooks have no choice but to temporarily take her in. Wary and concerned about allowing the girl back into their home, the Zooks must look to God to guide their decision.

Isaac King was astonished when he learned that his best friend, the girl he thought he would marry, had returned to his community. Blindsided by her actions a year ago, he still struggles with his feelings. When he sees that she is in a terrible state, his instinct is to help her, but he cannot forget how she broke his heart.

When Kylie’s past reaches into the present, a crisis must be averted. Can the Zooks find a way to help the troubled teenager? Can Isaac forgive the girl he once loved and accept what is now? Can God find a way into the troubled girls heart. Find out in this sweet Amish romance.
