Authentic to the books title

This book clearly provided what the title indicated.
There were helpful take away material, questions, specific references, and more for immediate use.
The narrators voice was authoritative, trusting, as he read at a moderate rate giving a knowledgeable air to his words.

Useless, dated, and obvious

If you've been an adult longer than 35 minutes and your IQ exceeds 43, you don't need this book. It's outdated, hasn't aged well, and is full of the most obvious information on the planet. For example, this book will teach you that you should keep your doctor appointments and communicate your health concerns to your doctor. Yeah, the whole book is like that.
