Amazing!!!

I listen to audio books every day. Sometimes I have to go back and read the book because the narration is so bad, or the narrator is good but the story isn’t so great. This book is everything! I listened to the first audio book and immediately started the second in the series. I was on the edge of my seat excited, sad, happy and angry for these characters. They are duplicitous and complex. Sara Sampino is hands down one of the best narrators ever! Thank you Kaitlyn Davis for having an all inclusive vision and allowing us to go on this amazing journey! Book 3, here I come!

Great story!

I enjoyed this! It’s definitely YA. I was looking for a NA book but this one satisfied my want for fantasy, betrayal, love, redemption, and adventure.

Great world building

I should love this story. Unfortunately, I was turned off by Wrath's turmoil. It could be the mood I was in while reading the story. In every chapter his life got worse and worse. It got to a point where I had to move to a more light-hearted book before coming back to this one.

On a positive note, the wording building was quite good. Also, the spy sharacter in this book... Wow! Best part of the story. I love that the author took the chance to write such a character without trying to make up for everything with a sad backstory. It's great to have a character that you can choose to like or hate.

Loved going through all the point of views. Narrator does excellent job. Every character has a different voice so multiple POVs is easy to follow.
