I was tired of doctors wanting to prescribe medication after medication. I went vegan last year because I think food has a huge impact on our lives. He talks about bio-individuality and how each body is different. He has a solid elimination plan (2 tracks) with recipes, quizzes and a blank meal planner to fill in (on the pdf). This book was more helpful than the last 3 doctors and I finally started losing weight. I do have a recent autoimmune disorder, the previous 2 doctors missed. I now know which foods trigger me and more about nutrition. I am eating meat again now, being vegan wasn't helpful for me but he says that each person's body has a different set of foods to thrive on. I definitely recommend this. The elimination was very helpful for me and my personal trainer even visibly noticed less swelling and puffiness at my last session. I found out I can't have soy or gluten, which was why the vegan diet didn't work, as tofu and grains were primarily what I was eating daily.

I think this is one of those books best in print. It’s full of great information, but it’s too hard to keep track of it all in this format. I’m going to get the book in print and try again.

I'm totally into this book. I learned a lot and it was very easy to read and will be easy to follow. would be nice if there was an additional recipe book and meal plan

This book was really informative on specific things you can do to reduce inflammation. I didn’t feel like it was preachy on demonizing food (outside of a couple of sentences in the last chapter).
