Wow!

Steve Chandler‘s insight and honesty is refreshing. The way he conveyed the pathway to success in sales and how to enjoy the journey was outstanding. This was some of the best sales mentoring I’ve ever received. Thank you, Steve!

Some authors should not read their works.

I regularly listen to audiobooks. I had never found it so hard to listen to one. I found myself frowning at this author's style, and - after forcing myself to listen to over half an hour - finally decided it was worth it to try to return it rather than keep punishing myself (great customer service from Audible, by the way).

There may be some useful lessons there, if you either get the book or can stand his reading. Please do yourself a favor, and listen to the sample before buying it.

Good information, reading could be better

If you are in sales there is a significant amount of good information in this audiobook. The author challenges some long-standing rules of selling which, I believe, need to be challenged. If you attempt to sell with your heart and conviction, rather than memorize a bunch of closing techniques, you will have a longer career in sales.
The only thing I had a problem with was the author choosing to read his own material. He sounds a bit like Garfield the cat or Carlton the doorman. It was difficult to get past this while trying to concentrate on the material being presented.
