Great information and useful procedures
A great book for any entrepreneur or product designer looking to define and apply innovation towards a goal. I like how the innovation process is broken up into phases like a project.

Instructive AND practical
I found this book both instructive and practical. It's one of those that tempts me to buy a hard copy so as to lift quotes. In fact, I'll need to listen through a second time because it is so thick with practical application. I plan to introduce it to my staff (church staff).
