wolves and witches

The Lunar Codex is well written and interesting. The story kept me listening and entertained even though it is more for a teen to young adult vibe. Would definitely recommend to my nieces and nephews.

After moving from place to place all his life Jace finally makes friends with Izzie and Marcus. After a night out with his friends goes wrong, they end up on an unexpected trip with and unlikely alley.

Great story

I really enjoyed this story. It was full of great characters and an awesome dog. Jace becomes an orphan at 3 after his parents are killed. His aunt & uncle, Cora and Roman take him in and raise him as their own son. Uncle Romans job causes them to move constantly. It's hard for Jace to make friends. Their most recent move has him hoping to stay. He makes friends with Marcus, Izzie and Buddy so Jace has hope. Then he learns not all is as it seems and his life is turned upside down. Once I started it I didn't want to put it down.

Overall it is ok.

Really slow moving over at least the first 10 chapters. Did not have a clue what the story was about until mid way through.

There isn't really a middle to the story. it starts and finishes.

Jace

Jace's aunt Cora and Uncle Roman take him in when his parents are killed in a car accident when he was 3. For twelve years they constantly move around and Jace (after actually making friends) in the latest place they are in learns why they are always on the move.
