About this listen
The Assassination of JFK, 9/11, The Da Vinci Code, The Death of Diana, Men in Black, Pearl Harbor, The Illuminati, Protocols of Zion, Hess, The Bilderberg Group, New World Order, Elvis Fluoridization, Martin Luther King's murder, Opus Dei, The Gemstone Files, John Paul I, Dead Sea Scrolls, Lockerbie bombing, Black helicopters...In other words everything 'they' never wanted you to know and were afraid you might ask!
Jon E. Lewis explores the 100 most terrifying cover-ups of all time, from the invention of Jesus' divinity (pace The Da Vinci Code) to Bush's and Blair's real agenda in invading Iraq. Entertainingly written and closely documented, the book provides each cover-up with a plausibility rating.
Uncover why the Titanic sank, ponder the sinister Vatican/Mafia network that plotted the assassination of liberal John Paul, find out why NASA 'lost' its files on Mars, read why no-one enters Area 51, and consider why medical supplies were already on site at Edgware Road before the 7/7 bombs detonated.
Just because you are paranoid, it doesn't mean that they aren't out to conspire against you.

Story
More and more people are beginning to realize that we are being manipulated and lied to. We are denied access to secrets that shouldn’t be secrets. Our politicians obfuscate, deny, and outright lie. No one knows whom to trust. The nightly news is being replaced by carefully orchestrated propaganda. Our iPhones are monitored, as are our laptops and our landlines. As for social media, that too is ripe for spying by men in black suits. No wonder, then, that the last few years have seen an incredible rise in conspiracy theories about deceptions and cover-ups.

But The Great Reset is not a work of fiction. It is a highly influential movement among the world’s elite to “reset” the global economy using banks, government programs, and environmental, social, and governance metrics.

Over two grim nights in Los Angeles, the young followers of Charles Manson murdered seven people, including the actress Sharon Tate, then eight months pregnant. With no mercy and seemingly no motive, the Manson Family followed their leader's every order. Twenty years ago, when journalist Tom O'Neill was reporting a magazine piece about the murders, he worried there was nothing new to say. Then he unearthed shocking evidence of a cover-up behind the "official" story, including police carelessness, legal misconduct, and potential surveillance by intelligence agents.

Story
In the chaos following World War II, the US government faced many difficult decisions, including what to do with the Third Reich's scientific minds. These were the brains behind the Nazis' once-indomitable war machine. So began Operation Paperclip, a decades-long, covert project to bring Hitler's scientists and their families to the United States. Many of these men were accused of war crimes, and others had stood trial at Nuremberg; one was convicted of mass murder and slavery.

Story
A remarkable analysis linking the assassination of JFK and 9/11, and how both events were used to influence war policy. Peter Dale Scott examines the many ways in which war policy has been driven by “accidents” and other events in the field, in some cases despite moves toward peace that were directed by presidents. This book explores the “deep politics” that exerts a profound but too-little-understood effect on national policy outside the control of traditional democratic processes.

Today there are three million homeless people in the US and almost 20 million vacant homes. The most technologically advanced nation in the world has a life expectancy lower than that of Chile and Bahrain. And citizens of the wealthiest country on the planet continue to ingest toxic chemicals through their food, their vaccines, and even their water. America, Jim Marrs argues, has been seized by a culture of death. And who promulgates this culture? The globalist masters of the G.O.D. syndicate - guns, oil, and drugs.

What happened to Dantrell led to a truce among Chicago’s gangs, but it also ignited a national panic about poverty and violence in America’s cities. Dantrell’s name would soon be used to demolish all of Chicago’s high-rise public housing, displacing tens of thousands of low-income families.

Experience a bold take on this classic autobiography as it’s performed by Oscar-nominated Laurence Fishburne. In this searing classic autobiography, originally published in 1965, Malcolm X, the Muslim leader, firebrand, and Black empowerment activist, tells the extraordinary story of his life and the growth of the Human Rights movement. His fascinating perspective on the lies and limitations of the American dream and the inherent racism in a society that denies its non-White citizens the opportunity to dream, gives extraordinary insight into the most urgent issues of our own time.

Pretty good
Any additional comments?
This book was pretty good; however, it seems like to jumps from one thing to another then way later back to the first thing.

great content terrible narration.
Would you try another book from Jon E. Lewis and/or Peter Marinker?
The saliva sloshing around in the readers mouth makes listening to this book absolutely unbearable.
What was the most compelling aspect of this narrative?
This book contains the entire content of the Mammoth book of missing persons and mysterious deaths and I presume also the same content from all the other mammoth books by the same author.
Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Peter Marinker?
anyone else!
Could you see The Mammoth Book of Cover-Ups being made into a movie or a TV series? Who should the stars be?
Sure why not.
Any additional comments?
Could have been greatly improved by some basic production values.

Interesting and good overall.
The book was good overall. It discusses a lot of conspiracy theories as it suggests. The one downside is that with discussing so many, it doesn't investigate each one very deeply. Still, it was enjoyable and informative.

Informative and Entertaining
Whether you believe in all conspiracy theories, believe in no conspiracy theories, or are open minded, this book is for you. The book presents conspiracy theories without really corroborating, validating, or proving them. Nor does it disprove them. It simply presents them and allows you to decide.

Gave me a headache
This is a disappointment. It gives very little information before the annoying alert blares out to signal a transition between two 4-minute chapters. When I realized that it will probably blare every few minutes in this 12 hour book, I stopped.
Either don't buy this book, or get some aspirins because you will get a headache.

it really really sucks!
Would you try another book from Jon E. Lewis and/or Peter Marinker?
no I will not because everything in the book is a very twenty second chapter on information that we've all seen on TV nothing new just what the government is telling us to believe nothing new that we never knew about it's very misleading!!
What could Jon E. Lewis have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?
well he could have made them look like it described as all the secrets you don't know about these weren't secrets these were things that is common knowledge that the government wants you to think so there's no surprises here very misleading once again!!
What didn’t you like about Peter Marinker’s performance?
every single thing from beginning to 10 chapters I couldn't take anymore each chapter like I said to be 15 to 25 to 35 seconds and although it is is it quick statement that believe me we've all heard!
You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?
Timmy had no redeeming qualities whatsoever it was very misleading and only favored what the politicians and the media want you to know nothing new only words I have is misleading misleading misleading!!!!
Any additional comments?
I don't rate books very often but I'm glad that people do that way I can understand a little more about it and has made me change my mind many times when I thought I was going to buy a book after reading the reviews about the author or the narrator and change my mind for the better so I think it's great that people do get on here and leave a review and I'm going to start leave whenever you every time but I'm definitely not happy with this book and turned out to be the exact opposite of what It says!😠

I'm very stingy with 5 star reviews!
Where does The Mammoth Book of Cover-Ups rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
if .you're interested in conspiracies and a lot of facts and theories this is a great book for you. I'm very stingy also when it comes to my credits I normally like books that are 20 hours plus but this was definitely worth my credit and then some. a book where I can listen to over and over from any section and be satisfy for whatever amount of time I have to spare
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
no but it's great to pick up at any spot anytime
Any additional comments?
basically totally satisfied with this purchase also learned about many conspiracies that I didn't know existed

Should have read the other reviews first
Would not have bought the book if I had read many of the other reviews first. Shortcuts too many of the issues and has not done enough research to look for the truth regarding 9/11 in particular.
